What is the estimated delivery time?

If there is a high volume of orders, the processing may be delayed and the email will be sent once the processing has been completed.
Delivery of Coupons
When the selected coupon is purchased, the user will receive an email with a link once your order is being processed. The link will lead you to the download page of your product in pdf format.
The link will only be available for 48 hours from receiving the email or if you have successfully completed your download from the link.
Failure to download the coupons
Users may contact our team at FM Beauty Spa if you failed to download your coupons in time with a valid reasoning. Every selection of services is in the form of a coupon which is entitled for 1 time of the selected service, where the redemption is valid within 14 days from date of purchase.
